Short and clear: what data this website collects, why, and how long we keep it.
The data controller is Arinen OÜ (registry code 14108238), Vana-Narva mnt 24, Maardu, Harjumaa, 74114, Estonia. Questions: e-mail info [at] arinen.ee, phone +372 5190 0120.
When you send us a request, we receive the data you enter in the form: name, company, phone, e-mail, cargo and transport details and your message. We use it only to answer your request, prepare an offer and conclude a contract.
The form passes through our server (Germany, EU) directly to our company mailbox (Google Workspace). The server itself does not store requests. We keep correspondence as long as it is needed for our cooperation; if a request becomes an order, accounting documents are kept for the period required by law (7 years).
Visits are counted by our own statistics program (Umami), running on our own server in Estonia. It uses no cookies, does not store IP addresses and does not recognise visitors. We see only aggregate figures: which pages were viewed, which site the visit came from, browser and device type, and country.
The purpose is to understand which services our clients need most (legitimate interest). We do not share this data with anyone.
If you click “Accept” in the banner, Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) is used as well. It stores cookies in your browser (_ga, _ga_*) and may transfer data to the USA (under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework). Advertising features are turned off. Until you click “Accept” (or if you decline), Google Analytics is not loaded at all and no data is sent to Google.
You can change your choice at any time:
Like any web server, ours keeps a technical log: IP address, time, page opened and browser type. Logs are used only for security and troubleshooting and are deleted automatically after 90 days.
You have the right to ask what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its use and to object to processing. Write to us: info [at] arinen.ee. If you believe we are violating your rights, you can contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee).
